ABOUT
The Annex is set in the beautiful Wiltshire countryside, down a winding country lane in the grounds of 3 East Town cottages, just outside of West Ashton near Trowbridge. With the beautiful city of Bath and the Longleat Estate around a 25 minute drive from your door. The accommodation has been described by guests as a relaxing retreat, with stunning views and an abundance of wildlife, with everything you could need for a comfortable stay.
There are many local walks to be enjoyed around the stunning countryside and Rood Ashton fishing lake is right on the doorstep. The Annex is the ideal accommodation for a romantic getaway, family holiday or for guests that may be attending a wedding at Rood Ashton Farm.
With easy access to all of the local major towns, it is a conveniently located stop over for those who may be working away.
ACCOMMODATION
The stand alone accommodation is a self contained, self catering, privately accessed unit. The property comprises of a kitchen dinner and separate shower and laundry room downstairs, upstairs is an open plan sleeping and lounging area, with a double bed , double sofa bed and spectacular views.
Fully equipped with all you need to enjoy your stay however long it may be, including towels, basic toiletries, spare bedding, hairdryer, microwave, fridge and everything you may need to cook, serve food and do laundry.
With Wi-Fi, a smart television and a portable bluetooth speaker, you can relax or work with ease .
If you are visiting to celebrate an occassion, please feel free to ask and we will be pleased to decorate with banners and or balloons should you wish to supply them in advance.
Should you be visiting with very young children, for health and hygiene reasons, you would need to bring a high chair or travel cot if required.

There are many stunning places of interest within a short drive of The Annex. There are many stunning walks to be enjoyed closer to the accommodation, details of which are readily available once you arrive at the annex should you fancy exploring.
The county town of Trowbridge is a five minute drive away and hosts a cinema & many eateries. There are a number of very good pubs nearby, one of which is a ten minute walk away & plenty of takeaway delivery services if you fancy a night in.
